What went down to Runescape Classic

Runescape, which is owned by Jagex, has been around for a long time now, although in the last few years, Runescape has really removed, a few of the more old school Runescape players will recall the original Runescape, now named "Runescape Classic" or RSC.

Despite it, well not even being lengthy ago it was around, Runescape 2, that the version you more then likely know, was launched, because of this virtually everyone transferred over to take part in the new Runescape, of course you may still find some players who play classic.

The major change, was when Jagex managed to get so you can now play Runescape two, only members are able to play the original Runescape, it was one of the first problems that many players faced, but afterwards, Runescape classic then closed it's door's to sign ups, which means you were only able to play RSC should you have had logged in inside the previous 3/6 months.

There was some rumours about Jagex opening up RSC for players to host their very own servers or something like that much the same, IE they'd have to pay x amount each month to Jagex to have their own Runescape classic world, I'm let's assume that means they'd have the ability to control everything, however i doubt you would be in a position to play the same character on 2 Runescape classic worlds.

This may appear to be a really smart move for Jagex, there are many RSC private servers out there, but not just one of them even comes to close to how good Runescape Classic was, you may still find lots of videos online if you want to check out some Classic player killing / action.
